From The Entities Completed tab, search for your entity name. 
Once you have selected “View Detail,” your screen will open up to your Entity Profile Page. From the Entity Profile page, you can view all your stored documents, add members/managers, add additional services and complete maintenance requests. 
From the Maintenance tab, you can expand the information by clicking on the blue + symbol
Locate the tab for Statement of information. You can then begin to fill in the information being asked. 
Once everything is filled out, you can Save and Preview your document that will be filed with the Secretary of State, or you may simply click the Submit button and process the payment. Filejet will receive your filing order within seconds of processing your payment.
