We’re excited to introduce you to Filejet's newly redesigned Entity Management Portal Dashboard. With enhanced functionality, an updated user-friendly experience, and a sleek, modern design, managing your entities has never been easier.
Here's What's New:
A Refreshed Design: We've updated the overall look of the platform with a modern, clean design, making it easier to navigate and stay on top of entity compliance tasks with ease. You can now click between three cards on the dashboard, including “Open Tasks”, “Entity Registrations”, and “Order Status”.
A Quick Link Actions Menu: Located at the top of your dashboard, you can quickly take common actions such as adding an existing entity or a new entity registration. Within the “Other” dropdown, you can also quickly submit other orders for services like Dissolutions, Amendments, Certificates of Good Standing etc...
New Robust Filtering Options: Now, you can easily refine your view by filtering tasks, jurisdictions, order statuses, services, or groups. Designed with flexibility and precision in mind, these options help you zero in on exactly what you need, when you need it.
Similarly, a new Search Bar at the top of your dashboard allows you to search your entity portfolio and find what you need in moments.
Card 1: Open Tasks
As always, you can see all open tasks and maintenance, then “Take Action” and submit orders and filings directly from the Dashboard.
You can now preview "Future Maintenance Tasks" so you can plan and take action ahead of time.
- This view now includes Service of Process documents that can be viewed and acknowledged directly from the dashboard.
- Once tasks are completed, and nothing is upcoming in the next 60 days, your dashboard will show as all clear.
Card 2: Entity Registrations
- Entity Status has been added to your dashboard so you can quickly check the status of each entity at a glance, and know whether or not it is good standing. Entity Status, Jurisdictions, and Groups are all filter options.
- Each entity on your dashboard now links directly to its profile page, giving you instant access to detailed entity information.
- This view will now also show whether any Business Licenses or DBAs are associated with a given entity:
Card 3: Order Status
- Quickly view any orders that are “in progress” → “sent to state” → “recently completed,” and follow along with the status of orders as they are updated in real time.
- Filter to a specific group, entity, jurisdiction, type of service, or status of any order in Filejet.
- Download completed filing documents directly from the Dashboard:
